Descriptif du poste

We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Officer to join Dipli’s Finance team. In this key role, you will contribute to the financial operations that support the company’s growth. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will help ensure the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of our internal processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day general accounting operations (data entry, account justification, reconciliations)

  • Managing supplier and customer invoicing, including account matching

  • Following up on receivables, handling disputes, and coordinating with our credit insurance provider

  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT, DEB, and other tax filings

  • Contributing to budget preparation, margin monitoring, and KPI tracking

  • Participating in the audit of existing processes and helping to improve and document them

Profil recherché

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of studies in Accounting or Finance (e.g. DCG)

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance or administration (internship, gap year, or full-time role)

  • You have a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (trial balance, income statement, VAT) and day-to-day financial operations

  • You enjoy working with numbers and delivering reliable, insightful analyses

  • You’re proactive and keen to suggest improvements to tools and processes

  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

  • You are francophone and have a good command of spoken and written English
