Descriptif du poste

As HR Generalist – People Operations at Dipli, you'll be the internal HR point of contact for employees and managers, and you'll run People Operations day-to-day. You'll cover the full HR lifecycle - administration and payroll, recruitment, onboarding, development and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone who wants broad, hands-on HR ownership, enjoys both the operational and the human side of the job, and wants to grow fast in a demanding environment.

1. HR operations & administration

  • Manage payroll, leave, absences and day-to-day HR administration.

  • Keep employee records and HR data accurate, and processes reliable and up to date.

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments and HR documents.

  • Be the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR questions.

2. Talent acquisition & onboarding

  • Run recruitment alongside the hiring managers, from briefing to offer.

  • Own the onboarding and offboarding processes end to end.

  • Help managers deliver a smooth, consistent candidate and employee experience.

3. Employee experience & development

  • Support employee development and training initiatives.

  • Contribute to a positive, structured employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

  • Support managers on their day-to-day people topics.

4. Compliance & employee relations

  • Ensure compliance with French labour law and internal policies.

  • Maintain strong employee relations, including with the CSE.

  • On complex or sensitive matters, work hand in hand with our expert HR consultant.

Profil recherché

Education

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR or a business school degree.

Background

  • A first experience in HR — generalist or People Ops — including internship or apprenticeship (alternance).

  • Exposure to payroll, HR administration and/or French labour law is a strong plus.

  • Even with limited experience, what matters is your mindset and your drive to learn.

Skills

  • Languages: French is required (labour law, CSE, daily operations); professional level of English.

  • Rigour and organisation: you handle sensitive data and admin with precision and discretion.

  • Comfortable with HR/payroll tools and structured data.

  • Clear, proactive communication with employees and managers.

Mindset

  • Curious and eager to learn across the full HR scope.

  • Demanding, with high standards for your work.

  • Level-headed and a good listener.

  • Able to step back and take initiative autonomously.
